I just wanted to take a few minutes to thank you and your installers for the expert guidance and installation of the new Bryant system just completed at my parent’s home (Don and Raelene Carroll).

 

A couple of years ago was my first experience with your company when I had you install a new heat pump unit at my home – I was so impressed by the installers, your expertise and the quality of products that you offer that I knew at that time I would never call on any other company for my heating and air conditioning needs.  Since then you and your staff have always been ready, willing and able to take care of any problems, issues or questions that I’ve had concerning my heating and air conditioning.  You and your staff are truly quality customer focused professionals.

 


For just a minute, let me go back to my parents situation – they needed and wanted a new heating and air conditioning system so they called me for my advice.  Well, I knew just who to call on to get a system that they would be happy with, and I want to thank you for the expert guidance in the design of that system.  Let me go a little ‘deeper’ in how I think Performance is a cut above all the other companies out there.


Before we met with my parents to discuss the design I explained to you how my father is a stroke victim and has the loss of his right arm and significant loss of speech (he knows what he wants to say, but can’t form the words).  The challenge would be in answering all of his questions as he had been in the Sheet Metal trade for 30+ years and worked with HVAC people and systems day in and day out.  I want to thank you for the patience and consideration you showed him during that initial meeting – he was completely satisfied.

 


The majority of my praise I want to extend to two of your professionals installers.  These two men were just outstanding in what they do – I was at my parents for the installation process which went perfectly due to their expertise.  They demonstrated extreme patience and kindness toward my Father taking the time to answer any of his questions or concerns.  I truly cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and, more importantly their care and kindness toward my parents.

 


Again, I want to thank your installers and you in making this not only happen, but a very pleasurable experience.  My parents are extremely pleased with the new heating and air conditioning system and the Performance professionals that they had the pleasure to work with – and again, a personal thank you from me.

Dear Performance;

I hired your company right after I bought my home in Orangevale. My home was built in 1983 and I noticed that not only did my heating unit not heat my house properly; I noticed my utility bills seemed rather high. I found your company through servicemagic.com. Not only was I impressed with your front office when I called, the tech that showed up to look at my unit, was professional and courteous. After inspecting my heating unit, he came to the conclusion that it was best to replace the unit instead of spending more money in repairs with no guarantee.
