Think of preventive HVAC maintenance in the same way as the preventive maintenance for your car: If you don’t change your oil or replace belts, filters or even tires ultimately your car will no longer be able to run. The same holds true, for your heating and air conditioning system. 

Maintenance isn’t expensive compared to what you might need to spend if your system degrades and fails, which is inevitable when regular maintenance is not performed.  Regular maintenance prolongs the life of your system.
